Process:

Your first step is to view our available properties
Schedule an appointment to see the property at 714-536-1538
Accurately and completely fill out our Rental Application
Submit application via fax to 714-969-3023 or email it to mlord1960@socal.rr.com.
We charge a non-refundable $35 application fee.
You can mail the application fee or bring it to our office.
We generally need 3 to 5 days to process your application.
Delays are often caused by unavailable landlords or employers.
